Everything is what i need and want.

The thali restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient. The food was great and the place was clean. The hotel let us store our bags all day while we visited the ellora caves.

Free parking on site was provided. Perfect for weekend

It is located just 4 km from airport so it was very convenient .It is centrally located and good veg eating places are near by.

We checked in at 9am and checked out next day at 7.30a.The desk clerk asked Rs.800 extra because we checked in early when I protested he reversed it.then he charged 17%as luxury tax when I showed the hotel voucher which had stated tax as 15.5%but he didn't relent and we had to give.Pleasetakeup this matter with hotel management so that tourists are not fleeced.Plea let me know the follow up .

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location on the main road made it convenient for me to access public transport easily. Secondly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Dirt. My sheets were definetly not fresh,had some blood stains on pillow and foor print on sheets.Staff made up an extra 2% tax even though all taxes were included in booking,took lots of energy and time to explain them binding term. Bed is extremely uncompfortable.Bathroom is dirty.
